From May 23-25, 2025, they will lead a 20-hour accredited in-person BASICS OF STRENGTH & MOBILITY Teacher Training—an opportunity to refine your skills, deepen your understanding, and explore new dimensions in your yoga practice with hands-on guidance.
This in-person 20-hour training is designed for yogis who want to build strength, improve mobility, and develop a solid foundation in arm balances. Guided by experienced instructors in a hands-on, supportive environment, this program takes a functional approach to arm balancing, ensuring a balance of strength, control, and mobility.
